Q: Do you build websites for businesses? 
A: No we do not build or maintain websites for our clients. We instead give them the proper tools that they can either implement themselves or give to their website developer to make updates and/or changes. If you need a website built, send us a message on our Contact Page as we do have some excellent resources that we can refer you to.

Q: Do I need to prepare anything prior to the discovery call?
A: No you do not. All of the information that we need is on your intake form that you complete when scheduling a call. We recommend having a computer with internet availability while on the call.

Q: How detailed are your customized reports that you send me?
A: Our reports are full of actionable steps you can implement right away, which can lead to increased revenue in your business.

Q: After you recommend changes to my website or social media accounts, do you make the updates for me? 
A: No we do not. We recommend the changes in our custom itemized report.  You or your website developer must make the changes. We do have excellent resources that we can refer you to if you need more hands-on assistance implementing changes to your website or social media pages.

Q: Do you offer any sort of follow up calls or additional sessions if needed?
A: Yes we do offer accountability calls for an additional fee.
